In line with government advice and to assist with ongoing efforts to protect public health and reduce the spread of COVID-19, Bishop's Gate Hotel will be temporarily closed from midnight on March 20th 2020.

We believe that we can longer provide you with the Bishop's Gate experience that we have become renowned for. This extraordinary measure has been taken in the interests of both our team and our guests safety which are of the utmost importance to us. 

COVID-19 is a new illness which can kill, and NHS guidance states that we do not know how the coronavirus spreads from person to person. Our closure is a necessary move in the fight against this pandemic.

As you will appreciate, our reservations team are working hard to communicate with our imminently booked guests to ensure they are taken care of. We are processing these changes as quickly as possible in date order and we ask that you await our call instead of calling us.

Please note that all vouchers due to expire on or before 30th June 2020 will be automatically extended until December 2020.

We value our customers and staff and we care about their health and wellbeing. Our business is committed to the wider community and we will play our part in protecting them from harm.

Bishop's Gate Hotel will re-open again when the risk to the public from COVID-19 decreases.
