Nestled in the second floor of this intimate urban oasis, is our Northern Counties Ballroom & Hervey Library, both rooms seamlessly blend the grandeur of our hotels' Grade B1 listed architecture with modern design & contemporary features.
Paying homage to the heritage of our building, the stunning Northern Counties Ballroom has been named after our buildings former tenants and is designed to accommodate up banquet events of up to 90 guests.
The Hervey Library, home to our popular Afternoon Tea service, connects to the Northern Counties Ballroom via partition wall, providing the option to create a larger dining space for up to 120 guests.
The Spire Bar provides dedicated drinks service to all events taking place on this level with our team providing table service for refreshments throughout your event. Private guest bathrooms are also available on level two along with guest elevator for ease of access.
On the ground floor of the hotel is 7 London Street, a private space that is ideal of intimate dining celebrations. Accessible via the Gown Restaurant this space can accommodate up to 16 guests in a block table layout or 20 guests if using 2 tables.
